1. Lift Handset.
2. Dial Intercom 580 & wait for Voice Mail to answer.
3. Enter mailbox 70 upon request from Voice Mail.
4. Enter security code if requested “70”.
5. Press “3” for Mailbox Options.
6. Enter Mailbox number 800 for first recording.
· There may be more than one recording. The typical application would be 800 for Daytime recording, 801 for Nighttime and possibly 003 as a directory listing of personnel.
7. Press “1” if the number you entered is correct.
8. Press “2” to change the Greeting. Follow the prompts.
9. Press # when finished.
10. Hang up.
